Pump the brakes until the pistons are all the way out, then manually push them all the way in. Do this 3-5 times, install new pads, go to next caliper. Rinse and repeat in proper bleeding order, then when done hook up the Motiv Pressure bleeder and bleed normally. They called this "exercising" the brakes to work all air out. Worked for me!
